All US orders ship duty free from our studio in Brooklyn, New York.

Orders are packed and shipped within 4–7 business days via UPS® Ground. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about every piece you bring home from Graine Studio. Each item is made with care, and we take pride in thoughtful craftsmanship. That said, we understand that sometimes things do not work out.
 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

If you would like to return a piece, please email us at info@grainestudio.com with your order number and a brief note.
To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover handling and materials.
   

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll make it right — whether that means a refund, replacement, or repair.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
